How to use.....


Cherry concentrate is easy to use: just stir 1 to 2 tablespoons into 1 cup of cold water.  Serve over ice.

It is also good in;

Lemonade~~~orange juice~~~Apple juice~~~apple cider~~~Milk or soy milk~~~Tea or carbonated beverages.

For diabetics:

An 8oz glass of cherry juice, made with 2 tablespoons (about 1oz) of cherry juice concentrate, equals 2 fruit exchanges.  For specifics on including cherry juice concentrate and other cherry products in a diabetic diet, consult your physician or a registered dietitian.

Cherry Yogurt Smoothie

1 cup nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt                     1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup orange juice                                           1/4 cup cherry concentrate

1 cup crushed ice

Put yogurt, banana, orange juice, cherry concentrate, and crushed ice in  blender or food processor.  Puree until smooth.  Serve immediately.

Makes 2 (8oz) servings.
